Model programs should be evaluated to determine whether they are going in the concept’s direction and how they can be improved. Evaluation has also to prove effects and effectiveness of programs. Teaching development programs are expected to enhance students’ ¬motivation, interest and learning outcomes while training teachers on their job. The article presents a multi methodical evaluation design including several studies and is conceived to accompany a long lasting development program. It frames the design theoretically and discusses both positive and more critical aspects of the procedures.
