The event is organized by the IPN and the LIV, the Leibniz Institute for Virology in Hamburg, as part of the Leibniz Lab Pandemic Preparedness: One Health, One Future – a network of 41 Leibniz Institutes.
Content
The conference offers stakeholders from education, science, and politics a forum to share, discuss, and apply current scientific findings, innovative educational concepts, and teaching approaches in practice. The aim of the conference is to develop ideas and recommendations on how to further advance science education in preparation for future pandemics. Together the participants will develop recommendations in line with the One Health approach; these will be incorporated into a white paper and provide guidance for future curriculum and strategy development.

Participation in the full-day conference is free of charge. Unfortunately, the public registration period for the conference has already ended. To apply for any remaining spots, please contact Dr. Simone Harder by email. The number of participants is limited to 60.
