As part of the "MINTeinander" project, a spiral curriculum to foster scientific competencies of students from pre-school onwards up to the secondary level has been developed and implemented. 101 education institutions were involved in the implementation. Training measures in combination with a multiplier system were used to initiate an autonomous process of cooperation between the levels of education. To evaluate the project both surveys and interviews were conducted. Study results show that the trainings and the teaching materials positively influence the implementation process. Cooperative activities took place, but should better support by institutional conditions.
